The founder and the first general of the Salvation Army, William Booth who was given the title, “The Prophet of the Poor” displayed such spiritual power. He wrote in his dairy, “God shall have all there is of William Booth”.
God has every bit of me!
Does God have every bit of you? Is your life totally surrendered?
Is there some mixture in your life? Alas! So close yet so far.
The Laodiceans church had Jesus at the door and the promised reward for the over-comers was the ultimate. Jesus said, “I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I myself overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne”.
But their problem was:
a) Mixture – lukewarm – God did not have their all.
b) They thought they had everything and needed nothing – under deception.
May these words of a preacher spoken several years ago stir us up now -“The world is yet to see what God can do through one person who is totally surrendered to God”.
Don’t miss the highest plan of God for your life.
In this world: the full possession of God and the life of God flowing through you to all around you.
In the world to come: Jesus will share His throne with you and you will rule and reign with Him forever.
Beloved, does God have every bit of you?
